    This includes your current location and past location data when using the app.

2. Data Retention

    We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including:

  • Providing car rental services

  • Processing payments and managing bookings

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing support

  • Complying with legal and regulatory requirements

  • After the retention period expires, we will securely delete your personal data unless we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory reasons.

3. Data Deletion Request Process

    You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time. However, please note that deleting your data will also delete your user account and associated information, including past rental history, preferences, and saved payment information.

    To submit a data deletion request, please follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the "My Profile" section within the User Account page.

  • Locate and click on the 'Delete Account' option.

  • Confirm the account deletion by selecting the 'Delete' option.

  • Please note: Your account will be scheduled for deletion and will be permanently removed within 45 days. During this 45-day period, you can still access the app and log in to your account. However, if you log in during this period, the account deletion process will be canceled.

  • If you are sure you want to proceed with the deletion, please do not log in to your account during the 45-day waiting period.

  • Confirm the account deletion by selecting the 'Delete' option.

Please note that:

  • Deleting your data may prevent you from using certain features of the app, and you will lose access to your past rental history and preferences.

  • We may not be able to delete all your data, such as data that is anonymized or aggregated, or data that is necessary to comply with legal requirements.

4. Additional Information

    This Data Deletion Policy is subject to change at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated policy on our website or through the app.
